7 Step Process

L.I.T. uses a seven-step process, which we call the discipleship and equipping process. When a church is properly trained and they walk children and students through these steps, the children’s spiritual foundation is set, and they become solid Christian leaders in the body of Christ at a very young age.

Church edited 11. God and Church: The call of the church is to make disciples (Matthew 28:19-20) and to equip every believer for ministry using their spiritual gifts to build up the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-13). We are committed to properly train you so that you can train leaders how to disciple and equip children for ministry. What are church leaders saying about L.I.T.? Click here.

Disciple and Equipping Master Final edited 1
3. Discipleship and Equipping: The church provides properly trained adult leaders to partner with parents in discipling their child. This leader builds on what the child learns at home as well as equips the child for ministry according to their spiritual gifts and releases them to minister (Matthew 28:19-20; Ephesians 4:11-13).

Missions Master edited 1
5. Missions: Every believer has a calling to make disciples—this includes children. Children and preteens are taught how to share their faith and are equipped to present the Gospel through music, teaching, and counseling the lost. When properly trained, they are released during their Mission Trip as young missionaries to share the Good News of Christ. Join us on our next L.I.T. Mission Trip.
