It’s true! They are born again, sealed by the Holy Spirit, and gifted by the Holy Spirit. They are His ambassadors in the lost world. This God-given identity invites them to participate in God’s more excellent plan for their lives today. He has gifted and called them to serve in His church now.
Seventy percent of those who trust Christ worldwide are children between the ages of 4 and 14. Amazingly, children are the most effective agents in reaching their generation. Children are called to be missionaries for Christ now! They have a calling to go, and the church has a calling to equip them to make disciples who make disciples.

Dr. Clint May is the founder and President of L.I.T. (Leaders In Training) Ministries. Clint has served in children’s ministry for more than 35 years. He has written and authored countless resources focusing on the discipleship of children and students. Clint’s Empowering The Next Generation Training Handbook has been used to train thousands of church leaders worldwide. Clint has led 40 preteen mission trips with 4,000+ preteens (9, 10, and 11-year-olds), students, and adults. Preteens were trained and released on these trips to share the Gospel while students and adults supported their efforts. As a result, at least 1,500 have trusted Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. Clint has been married to his best friend Vicki for more than 47 years. They have six children and eighteen grandchildren.
