Alex and Diana Aburto
Missionaries/Directors of Operations Mexico
Alex and Diana have been married and serving as missionaries with Vine and Branches Ministries in Piedras Negras, Mexico for 22 years. Alex is originally from Mexico City and Diana from North Carolina.
Alex served with YWAM in Mexico and Diana earned a Bachelor’s of Arts from Milligan College. They are deeply grateful that God has blessed them as husband and wife, father, and mother, homeschool teachers, directors, and missionaries. They are proud parents of a son and a daughter both who have grown up on the mission field, experienced L.I.T discipleship, Mission Trips and now serve as Mentors in L.I.T. in Mexico. The Aburtos serve in directing a Gospel-focused community outreach ministry including a library, soccer ministry, and ladies and youth discipleship semesters. Alex and Diana also serve alongside local churches training and equipping them that all are called to fulfill the Great Commission here, now, and beyond.
The Aburtos hearts are for reaching, discipling, and releasing families for Christ to bear lasting fruit for the kingdom of God. They have witnessed thousands of students and families' lives eternally impacted by trusting Jesus and bearing generations of lasting fruit through the L.I.T discipleship model. To God be the glory!
