Twenty-Seven Children Trained in India Reached 155 with the Gospel by Santosh Bardhan

One pastor said that the ministry among children has been excellent after LOAM ETNG (Empowering The Next Generation) leadership training in Odisha. It is so amazing to know that Christ needs them, and that is why He invited them, saying, “Let the little children come to me.” We have trained about 27 children in our church and nearby villages. Now children are excited to go and tell their parents and friends about Jesus. They have been a great encouragement and a new way to do the ministry and reach not only other children but also adults. The children we have trained reached 115 children with the Gospel in other villages. LOAM Ministries has trained an estimated 600 leaders in India.

L.I.T. Uganda

Uganda is the next country in which the Lord has opened doors to train leaders. We are excited about this new ministry opportunity to train leaders there and expand the work to reach, disciple, and empower children in Africa. Under the leadership of Isaac Mphande, we have now trained 987 leaders in Zambia, Namibia, Botswana, and Kenya. Isaac shared that 666 churches and schools are actively reaching and discipling children. As a result of their efforts, there have been 11,394 professions of faith. E.T.N.G. Training in Littleton, Colorado: A Great Success by Dr. Clint May

We had an excellent training in Littleton, Colorado. It was a joy investing in the lives of many leaders from multiple states. The Lord indeed showed up in powerful ways. It was my favorite training of all. We are forever grateful to DeAnn Noyes and Horizon Christian Fellowship for hosting the event. We had more than 20 leaders who attended in person and online.

L.I.T. Horizon Christian Fellowship

Three years ago, Horizon started L.I.T. under the leadership of DeAnn Noyes. They are entering their third year and taking the ministry to a new level. It was a joy observing their students leading out on Sunday evenings during the L.I.T. Ministry. They have become a model for other churches in their area to follow. Their pastor, Lonnie Trujillo, is fully supportive of the children and students in the church and encourages all that they are doing.

When God Calls You to Step Out of the Boat by Dr. Clint May

When Vicki and I took a step of faith and left the ministry at Wedgwood Baptist Church in 2014, little did we know what the Lord would do. All I knew at the time was that if I did not step down, I was being disobedient to His calling to trust Him. Many pastors and teachers made fun of Peter when he asked the Lord to call him out of the boat. They have often questioned his doubting heart. But as I have read this passage of Scripture repeatedly, I notice that only one disciple stepped out of the boat while the other eleven observed. Could it be that Peter experienced an even deeper experience than the other disciples because he was willing to take a crazy step of faith to walk on water? Maybe God is calling you to step out of the boat and fully trust Him with your life. When you do, you will experience incredible joy as you watch the Master work. It did not make sense when I stepped down from Wedgwood; however, the Lord has faithfully blessed our every step and provided for us in unique and amazing ways.

We are forever grateful for all of you who have believed in us. I am excited about the future and the opportunities to train and equip leaders to disciple and release young missionaries in their churches.
